Rental charges vary depending on the selected outfit and rental duration.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹2,000–₹10,000 is applicable, depending on the outfit.
Booking Advance
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellation Policy
- 15+ days before the rental date: 75% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- 7–15 days before the rental date: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before the rental date: Advance payment is non-refundable.
Late Return
A late return charge of ₹1,000 per day will apply for each additional day beyond the agreed rental period.
Damage or Loss
In case of damage, loss or significant staining, applicable repair or replacement charges will be levied based on the actual cost.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup charges will be applicable based on the location and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Trial
A trial charge of ₹299 is applicable. This amount can be adjusted against the final booking amount if the outfit is booked.
Size & Alterations
Minor size adjustments may be possible, subject to the outfit. Permanent alterations or modifications are not permitted.
Cleaning & Care
Customers are requested not to wash, dry-clean or chemically treat the rented outfits. All cleaning and maintenance will be handled by us.
Booking Confirmation
A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and booking confirmation from our team.
Handle your outfit with care to maintain its beauty. Keep it away from perfumes, moisture, and direct sunlight. Do not wash or iron the garment. Return it in the same condition with all accessories included to avoid additional charges.
